All’s not well with CHRC’s $2.2B asset base

An annual state of the assets report, tabled at the May meeting, revealed that 58 per cent of the council's depreciable assets were in good condition, 33 per cent were in fair condition and nine per cent, valued at $205 million, were in poor to very poor condition.
